I had the pleasure of attending the press night for the latest revival of Brayson & Rice’s highly anticipated “From Here to Eternity” at the Charing Cross Theatre. It has been brought to the stage by Aria Entertainment, Bill Kenwright and Heartaches Limited. From Here to Eternity returns to London for the first time in a new limited-time production. It is fair to say it’s undoubtedly worthy of its anticipation.
With the powerful storyline focusing on the days leading up to the Pearl Harbour attack in 1941, the show takes you on a journey through the lives and traumas of the US army’s G - Corp. I couldn’t think of a better time for such a story to be revived; with a focus on both queer treatment and the mental challenges faced in war, themes which seem as prevalent as ever to address in our current society.
REVIEW | Shawshank Redemption, The Alexandra Birmingham

Review by Roni Hughes.
If you’ve never seen the movie adaptation of The Shawshank Redemption then you may well have been living under a rock and boy, have you been missing out. Based on the Stephen King novel Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption, the movie starring Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins has become something of a cult classic and sits firmly at the top of IMDB’s list of Top 200 movies of all time.
No surprise then that it feels as though this production has a lot to live up to. Spoiler alert - it does.
REVIEW | Stranger Sings, The Vaults London
Stranger Sings is a parody musical that has come straight from off Broadway and already has several awards under its belt. It is currently playing its UK premiere at The Vaults in London, a fantastic location for this show. Home for immersive theatre and alternative arts, the set design captured the tone and ambience of the 80s and threw us straight into the atmosphere of a Stranger Things episode. The details were in the retro VHS tapes and boardgames to the twinkly Christmas lights that are so noticeable from the first series of this show.
